3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for pre-existing structural issues, underlying roof damage, or water damage resulting from severe weather anomalies exceeding normal product tolerances. To the maximum extent permitted by Texas state law, our liability is strictly limited to the total monetary amount paid for the service rendered.
